July_2019 - We took a spur of the moment trip after the 4th to Memphis just to get away for a few days, and like always Memphis didn't disappoint. This is about the 8th time I have visited this city and each time I find something else I didn't know existed there. Memphis is a city rich in culture, history, and food. Seeing the Memphis Botanic Gardens was a great experience, and for the first time I ventured outside of Beale Street for dinning which was amazing! Rendezvous is of course a regular stop and I was thrilled to discover some craft breweries. Ghost River Brewing Co. became our hang out spot for the time we were there. Also from St. Louis Memphis is only a 4 hour drive, in fact I've traveled there and back in one day many times. So if you are in the Midwest I highly suggest road tripping it to Memphis, it is always a great time!
