10.01.18 @ The Pageant - Monday kicked off "Rocktober" with a bang as Sting and Shaggy came through town to delight a packed house at The Pageant. What I had perceived as an unlikely pairing, turned out to be uniquely on point. The blending of Shaggy's reggae stylings with the smooth groove that Sting can lay down made for a fun night of fresh renditions of both artists biggest hits. They played their hearts out and you could tell they were having a great time, as the crowd turned the entire venue into one giant dance floor. It was an awesome experience, and I'm happy I didn't write this tour off.
