12.17.16 - This year particularly I seemed to be checking off a lot of '90's acts on the ol' bucket list. This show fit right into that trend offering a great night with two headliners that in my opinion were very influential in the '90's. Both of these acts kind of skeeted just outside the norm of what most popular acts sounded like for their time period in music.

Helmet has this heavy rock sound that appealed to metal heads and grunge kids. Very popular in the skater crowd. Then you look at an act like Local H who have maintained an amazing career as an alternative rock duo unlike no other. This show was just a great night to capture two veteran acts in a club packed shoulder to shoulder reminding the crowd why going to rock shows can be such a badass experience!
